We face anxiety about our anxiety.

After years of struggling with chronic anxiety, I have learned that it is about good management—not about chasing a cure.

Because everyone’s anxiety is so very unique —as well as our circumstances, histories, resources, interests, etc.—so too should be our plan for reducing, preventing and healing it.

My writing and the private sessions and workshops that I provide are in response to the gaps in understanding and in support that I experienced when I was in crisis.

For those of us who struggle with anxiety—and for our supporters—I strive to provide learning spaces to share stories, struggles, insights and victories.

We cannot do this alone.

With newfound community, a deeper understanding of (your) anxiety and a personalized approach for relief, let’s work towards a world of compassion and support for all those who suffer, most often, in silence.
