Perhaps you are somewhere in between.Wherever you are in the process of managing your anxiety, I am here to support you.

A collection of tools for when anxiety does come.

An understanding of when to push through anxiety and when to surrender and heal.

A curated creative practice of sorts (writing, collaging, sewing…)

60 minutes - $100.00 (hst incl)

Weekly sessions include in-between check-ins.

Check-ins are 10-minute phone calls that can be scheduled in between sessions or saved for in-the-moment anxiety. They can be used as a tool for accountability as you experiment with new strategies. Or to ask questions. Or to simply unload and reflect on recent anxiety.
