Dear Anxiety Article

The workshop was raw and real. Writing and being stuck can be painful. We felt safe enough to get it out. To be all stuck together. In the world we’re in, things are often made to look easy. The workshop was real life. A breath of fresh air.

Practicing slowness is a revolutionary act.

It is an act of love for ourselves, for those we hold dear and for the important work we want to do in this life.
